On October 19, 1990, during his 2nd 12 months of regulation school, Robert became in a
motorbike accident. He sustained serious injuries and became permanently
paralyzed from the waist down.
Determined to finish what he commenced, Davis again to law school six months after his damage and earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1993 from the LSU Law School in Baton Rouge Louisiana.
After passing the Louisiana and Texas bar tests, he regularly occurring a role with Taylor and Cire in Houston, Texas. Davis practiced law with famous Houston trial attorney Rob Taylor for seven years and then opened his personal regulation exercise in 2001, the Law Offices of J. Robert Davis, P.C. The company is centrally located in San Antonio, Texas, and represents customers throughout the United States.
Davis is aware the physical pain and intellectual soreness his customers enjoy. “We are fellow tourists.” he says.“After my accident I had a number of problem with my insurance business enterprise. Right then, I knew my motive as a lawyer became to fight for the rights of regular residents in opposition to coverage corporations and big organizations.”
From his first days as an ordeal lawyer till the prevailing, Davis has exclusively represented victims and their households injured through the negligent act of others.

He is the former Vice Chairman of the board of the U.S. Handcycling Federation, the governing frame of competitive hand cycle racing and U.S. Paralympics.
