Prior to launching his non-public practice, James practiced for some of years with the organization of Parks, Chesin and Walbert, P.C., considered one of Georgia’s maximum prestigious civil rights law offices. James also served as a body of workers legal professional for the Eleventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, where he recommended the Court on a big selection of federal instances. James received his undergraduate degree from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, in which he graduated magna cum laude. He acquired his law diploma from the University of Georgia, wherein he graduated cum laude. James served on the Editorial Board for the Georgia Law Review. James is licensed to exercise inside the Superior Courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
