James graduated from California State University Northridge with honors and a B.A. in Electronic Media Management. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law and is admitted to practice law inside the State of California and the State of New Jersey.

After admission to the State Bar of California, James served as General Counsel for numerous entities. James
has large expertise within the improvement and implementation of felony protocols and procedures geared for the improvement of small to medium sized agencies. His enjoy in commercial enterprise regulation, employment regulation, tax,
contracts, acquisitions, hazard prevention and popular civil litigation is an asset for his customers.


Prior to regulation faculty James worked for media conglomerate Clear Channel Communications for over six years. James is presently an lively member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers.
