I began my career as an Assistant District Lawyer in Bronx County in 1983. While in the District Lawyer’s office I become a member of the Gun Unit, Robbery/Attempted Murder Unit, and turned into promoted to the Homicide unit after four years within the workplace. I tried severa murder cases as a prosecutor and turned into again promoted to a supervisor and again to Deputy Bureau Chief of the Grand Jury Bureau in price of overseeing the presentation of homicide cases to the Grand Jury. In 1994 I went into personal exercise dedicated solely to criminal law. As a crook protection lawyer I even have attempted and won acquittals on Murder, Robbery, Rape, Assault, Narcotics and prostitution instances. I am a member of the New York County Assigned recommend Felony and Homicide Panels. I am a member of the New York County Bar Association and on their prison referral crook panel. I had been a visitor commentator on Court TV on several occasions. My Practice is dedicated exclusively to all components of criminal regulation each State and Federal Courts.
