James M. Owen, Jr. graduated from Washington State University with a B.A. in 1993 and received his J.D. from Gonzaga University in 1999. He become admitted to the Washington bar in 1999, the Oregon bar in 2007, and is also admitted to exercise before the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Mr. Owen is a member of each the King County and Spokane County Bar Associations.
