I am associate with the Indiana Office of Boehl Stopher & Graves, LLP. I received my undergraduate degree from Indiana University Southeast where I turned into named Outstanding Student in Political Science for the instructional year 1985-86. I graduated from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1989 after receiving a law scholarship. I served as a Deputy Prosecuting Lawyer for Clark County, Indiana from 1990 to 1998, dealing with major Felony instances, such as numerous homicide trials.
My practice concentrates on all varieties of civil coverage protection litigation which includes premises liability, vehicle and truck accidents, fires and production injuries. I am licensed to exercise law in both Indiana and Kentucky and am a member of the Indiana, Kentucky, Louisville and Floyd County, Indiana bar associations, American Bar Association, Defense Trial Counsel Indiana, Kentucky Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute and a member of the Sherman Minton Chapter of the American Inns of Court. I even have received a BV Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. I additionally served as a presenter at trial tactics seminars for the National Business Institute.
I reside in Jeffersonville with my wife, Robin and we've grown youngsters.
