James J. Wochner is the founder and fundamental owner of The Wochner Law Office in Northbrook, Illinois. He graduated from St. Louis University, St. Louis, Missouri, earning a degree in Economics. While in university, he participated in intercollegiate varsity basketball and baseball.
Mr. Wochner acquired his Juris Doctor degree from St. Louis University after attending night regulation school. By day he taught arithmetic and records and coached athletics in a high college in St. Louis, Missouri. He is currently a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and its segment on Trusts and Estates. He is admitted to practice before all of the courts in the State of Illinois. He has been in personal practice on account that 1973 concentrating in non-public estate and business planning.
James Wochner is properly known as an property and asset protection planner. He is identified for his potential to lessen complex legal principles into comprehensible principles. After commencement from regulation faculty, Mr. Wochner served as a trust counsel for the Trust Department of the First National Bank of Chicago in which he gained priceless experience in the drafting and implementation of property making plans files. Since that time he and his group of workers (all of whom have over 30 hours of Hospice volunteer training) have drafted and carried out heaps of property making plans documents for his or her clients, which includes trusts, wills, circle of relatives partnerships, charitable trusts and different complementary files. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Lawyers, Inc. He is also currently at the Board of Directors of AATEELA.
