James H. “Jim” Shenwick graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School Undergraduate Division in 1979, the Boston University School of Law in 1982 and the New York University School of Law Graduate Tax Program in 1983. He is admitted to the bar in the State of New York and admitted to exercise regulation in the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York. He has practiced law for 34 years and has a practice restrained to real property and bankruptcy regulation. He is “of recommend” to Littman Krooks (a company with corporate/securities and elder regulation practices). His financial disaster exercise includes both non-public and commercial enterprise financial disaster (representing both debtors and lenders). He has represented many organizations in bankruptcy 11 instances, represented lenders in submitting proofs of claims and defended numerous creditors against desire and fraudulent transfer moves. He has represented many landlords in financial disaster cases handling the issues of the idea and rejection of rentals pursuant to § 365 of the Bankruptcy Code, rejection damages due landlords while leases are rejected in financial disaster and motions to compel the fee of rent in bankruptcy 11 cases.
