I assist clients with legal issues in the areas of financial ruin, divorce, wills and trusts, and probate or property administration. I am an skilled trial attorney and have been a member of the Virginia State Bar due to the fact that 1987. While I am glad to assist clients settle their criminal matters expeditiously and at the lowest charges to their pride, I welcome the opportunity to litigate contested topics when settlement is not an acceptable choice. I particularly revel in the interaction between one-of-a-kind practice areas, and feature helped clients with both marital or divorce troubles and financial troubles such as bankruptcy, or family issues and probate or estate administration wishes. I changed into graduated from the University of Virginia in 1984 with a B.A., and from the University of Richmond School of Law in 1987 with a J.D.
I am fortunately married with two sons at domestic. In my spare time, I revel in spending time with my circle of relatives, trekking, studying, chess, and sailing.
