About
Mr. White has practiced law for thirty years. He graduated from Indiana University in 1986 and obtained his law diploma from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago in 1989. He become admitted to the Illinois Bar, and admitted to exercise within the Federal Court in the Northern District of Illinois, in 1989. While attending regulation college, he was a regulation clerk with the law workplace of Carey, Filter, White & Boland. He became an associate of that corporation upon graduating, and in 1996 became a partner.
Mr. White served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Summit Homes starting in 1996. In 2000, Mr. White joined the Naperville regulation workplace of Dommermuth, Brestal, Cobine, and West, in which he focused his exercise within the regions of actual estate, land use, zoning, and development. He opened his very own regulation workplace in his domestic metropolis of Sugar Grove in 2002, where he remains active within the community.
Mr. White has lectured in the areas of enterprise corporations, real property transactions, and brief sales. Mr. White concentrates his exercise inside the areas of industrial and residential actual estate transactions and rentals, estate making plans, and probate regulation, zoning and development, bank collection, and wellknown transactional law.
Mr. White served as a Director on the Sugar Grove Chamber of Commerce board for ten years and became President from 2004 to 2006, and again from 2010 to 2011. He become a founding member of the Sugar Grove Economic Development Corporation. Mr. White currently serves on the Village of Sugar Grove Plan Commission. He is a founder and Board President of Water Lily International, a 501(c)(3) easy water ministry, and travels global to unfold the Gospel and offer clean water wells for those with out access to smooth water.
