Schroeder is a former member of the Shamong Township Committee in Burlington County and holds a couple of stages: a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Camden Law and holds two extra Masters Degrees from Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky and United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio.
