James Davidson changed into born in Austin, Texas and grew up on a operating livestock ranch in the Texas Hill Country just outside of Austin. He graduated Cum Laude from Texas State University – San Marcos with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Anthropology. James attended Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia where he acquired his Juris Doctorate. In 2013, James moved to Fort Worth, Texas in which he joined forces with his brother Matthew in establishing their regulation practice, the Davidson Law Group.

James has a passion for the outside and serves on the board of administrators for a non-earnings company called the Majesty Outdoors Foundation.
