Jim Dash concentrates his exercise in real estate-related litigation, with an emphasis on creation (including mechanic’s lien claims), as well as title coverage defense work. Jim’s clients encompass some of businesses whose organizations are in, or associated with, the construction enterprise.
Although Jim prefers to solve disputes by way of agreement, while an agreement can't be reached, his powerful work within the courtroom has caused some of consumer-favorable, posted opinions which have helped form Illinois regulation concerning creation and mechanic’s liens.
