Mr. Woodall is a tribulation lawyer with experience in insurance subrogation, coverage and protection litigation, production law, business litigation, exertions and employment, and actual estate. In addition to his litigation exercise, Mr. Woodall also provides unique counsel offerings to small and mid-size corporations in a lot of industries consisting of production, roofing, manufacturing, and distribution. He is fully committed to understanding his clients’ agencies and assisting them gain their desires and goals thru chance management, contract negotiations, reviewing, negotiating and documenting actual estate and commercial enterprise transactions, and resolving exertions and employment problems.
After graduating from Baylor University in Waco Texas in 1994 with a Bachelor of the Arts in Speech Communication, Mr. Woodall went on to pursue his Jurisprudence Doctor Degree in 1998 at Texas Tech University School of Law in Lubbock, Texas. He became honored as a “Texas Rising Star” within the prison network from 2008 to 2011, and he has obtained an AV Peer Review score from Martindale Hubbell.
