James has practiced in Mississippi on the grounds that 1981 with levels from Millsaps College and the University of Mississippi. With the organization of Page Kruger & Holland in Jackson, he defends commercial, non-public injury, product legal responsibility and premises litigation. He has finished severa jury trials and has many mentioned selections in both State and Federal courts and contains an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell. He currently serves a Vice President of the Association of Defense Trial Lawyers. He recently served on the Mississippi Supreme Court s Civil Jury Instruction Committee as Vice Chair and worked because the Vice Chair of the Business Court Committee, appointed by way of Mississippi s Secretary of State. He was chairman of the Mississippi Bar s Summer School Committee which gives persevering with legal education for Mississippi s legal professionals beginning on July 13, 2009. He is a Fellow of the Mississippi Bar Foundation and a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. He has completed a complete term on the Board of Directors for the DRI, The Voice of the Defense Bar, because the Regional Director for the Southern Region and served as Chair of the DRI SLDO Relationship Committee and became the primary chair of its DRI for Life Committee. In the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association he has served as President. He has been chairman of and a speaker for several of its continuing applications. He has been honored with club in the Association of Defense Trial Lawyers [ADTA]; the International Association of Defense Counsel [IADC]; and the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel [FDCC].
