Jack H. Genser, Esq. manages the litigation branch of the firm s Elder Law, Estate Litigation and Personal Injury divisions in which he directs litigation on behalf of seniors, their households, fitness care facilities and people who have been injured because of the negligence or recklessness of a person else.
Mr. Genser is an skilled litigator who has correctly performed jury and bench trials in Nassau and Suffolk counties in addition to all counties of the City of New York. In addition to his in-courtroom expertise, Mr. Genser is nicely-versed in all regions of alternative dispute decision, consisting of arbitration and mediation, as a way of acquiring expeditious and cost-powerful case resolutions.
Mr. Genser changed into a keynote speaker at Long Island Alzheimer s Foundation "Coping and Caring" Conference in March 2004. Mr. Genser earned his Juris Doctor diploma with Honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1994 and his Bachelor of Arts diploma, magna cum laude, from Tufts University in 1989. He became admitted to the bar of the State of New York in 1995.
