Winston Duggan graduated from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a B.S. in Political Science, with an emphasis in Law, and a Minor in Philosophy. He obtained his J.D. from Santa Clara Law in 2014. Winston became provided a CALI Award for Excellence in Juvenile Court Law Seminar, turned into a member of the Criminal Law Society and labored as an associate on the Journal of International Law.
While attending Santa Clara Law, Winston interned with the Alternate Defender’s Office of Santa Clara County, running particularly with juvenile justice cases and assisted a various organization of attorneys and investigators in making sure truthful justice for juvenile offenders.
