Matt joined the Robbins Firm in September 2014. Matt specializes in an array of business and business litigation subjects, as well as regulatory and administrative subjects for organizations and individuals. Prior to becoming a member of the Robbins Firm, Matt served as a law clerk to the Honorable Harold L. Murphy, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Matt earned a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.A. in History from the University of Georgia, magna cum laude. He then earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, wherein he graduated magna cum laude and became inducted into the Order of the Coif. While in law college, Matt became an articles editor for the Journal of International and Comparative Law and spent a semester studying global trade law and worldwide enterprise transactions at Oxford University. Matt served as a teaching assistant in Property for Professor Randy Beck, and analyzed the records of SEC submitting necessities as a research assistant to Professor Usha Rodrigues.
