Izak is Associate General Counsel for Access Now, where he acts as in-house counsel, advising on global operations, even as facilitating the corporation s compliance, coverage, advocacy, and presents work. He is a licensed Lawyer & Counselor at Law within the State of New York, and a Barrister & Solicitor in the Province of Ontario, with a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Melbourne Law School (Global Top-10 Law School), having spent a semester on change at McGill University. Prior to Access Now, Izak labored in commercial litigation and corporate regulation at a complete-carrier regulation office in Toronto, Canada.
Izak has labored on a big range of prison topics, particularly within the areas of industrial litigation, company transactions, worldwide arbitration, technology, and worldwide human rights law.
Izak is lively with a number of groups centered on regulation, technology, and dispute resolution, and has been awarded the extent of Associate (A.CIArb) with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), has membership (M.AIADR) with the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR), has club (M.CMI) with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), and Associate (A.RI) with the Resolution Institute (RI).
