Ms. Blanch specializes in Condominium Law and Community Association Law.
While at the University of Miami School of Law, she served as an Articles and Comments Editor for the University of Miami Business Law Review. Additionally, she participated in the University of Miami Academic Achievement Program, wherein she served as a Dean s Fellow for Constitutional Criminal Procedure. Ms. Blanch is a member of the Order of Coif. She is admitted to the Florida Bar and is presently a member of the Cuban American Bar Association. In addition, Ms. Blanch co-authored a bankruptcy inside the Third Edition of the Florida Condominium and Community Association Law Manual posted by way of The Florida Bar, entitled The Role of the Association In Condominium Operations.
