About
I am a 2nd-profession attorney who started Adaptive Law so I should provide criminal offerings my own way. I pursued my regulation degree following a almost ten-yr educational profession in urban planning and network development, and now practice my problem-fixing mentality to a blended exercise of estate planning, land use and elder law. I represent my home district (District 3) on the Skagit County Planning Commission, and hold to educate as an adjunct professor within the accredited Urban and Regional Planning program at Cal Poly Pomona. I am a member of the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAF), a volunteer attorney with Community Action of Skagit County, and a certified actual estate broking with Windermere Real Estate / North Cascades. I earned my J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon in 2011, where I emphasized agriculture and natural sources regulation, and my Ph.D. in Urban Studies from Portland State University in 2001. I also preserve a B.A. in Planning and Environmental Policy from Western Washington University’s Huxley College in Bellingham, Washington. I am certified to exercise law in Washington and Montana. If I am out of doors the office, I am possibly striking out with my children Owen (age three) and Zoe (age 1), strolling the excellent trails of Skagit County, baking gluten-unfastened candies that I may also or might not proportion with others, or being attentive to elder regulation podcasts. (Yes, I’m severe.) › ›
