Heidi concentrates her exercise on representing Chapter 7 financial disaster trustees, creditor’s rights problems, litigation, circle of relatives regulation, and actual estate. Prior to becoming a member of Racine Olson in 2016, Heidi practiced in Seattle, Washington with a nationally identified mortgage banking regulation office representing banks, credit score unions, loan services, and trustees in loan and real belongings disputes.
Heidi is an skilled and professional litigator and has successfully argued instances to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and Washington appellate courts as well as Idaho and Washington state, federal, and financial ruin trial courts.

Heidi was born and raised in Pocatello and is thrilled to have settled permanently in Pocatello with her husband and youngsters. Heidi is a health fanatic who loves coaching group biking classes.

Heidi is a member of the American Bar Association, Idaho State Bar Association, and Washington State Bar Association. Heidi earned her law diploma from Seattle University School of Law in 2009. During law faculty, Heidi worked as a regulation clerk for a Seattle law workplace, volunteered with the King County Bar Association Family Law Clinic, was the recipient of the CALI Excellence Award for Client Interviewing, Settlement and Negotiation, and participated within the Capital Appeals Clinic. Heidi earned a bachelor’s diploma in journalism and political science from the University of Montana in 2004, where she was lively as an “Advocate.”
