Brad earned his B.A. with honors from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University) and his J.D. from the University of Houston. His regulation career began 30 years in the past in his small place of birth in Texas as a widespread exercise which focused on actual estate and probate matters. He become later elected to serve as County and District Lawyer in which he assumed responsibility for all misdemeanor and prison prosecutions. Subsequently he practiced regulation in Austin, Texas where he developed enjoy inside the regions of personal injury and coverage law. He obtained full-size jury verdicts and settlements towards insurance businesses for their fraud and unfair treatment of policyholders who experienced monetary loss due to fireplace or water damage. He has also represented many individuals who were severely injured because the result of the negligence of others. In 1998 he kept a satellite office in Texas however moved to Kentucky in which he increased his practice to include federal worker rights national. In 2014 he have become certified in Washington, D.C. where he now keeps a satellite office. Brad is a member of the Texas, Kentucky, and Washington D.C. Bar Associations. He is a member of diverse expert corporations, along with: The Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association, The Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington D.C., The Kentucky Justice Association, and The Workers Injury Law & Advocacy Group, which is a countrywide affiliation of workers’ reimbursement lawyers where he serves on its Board of Directors and is the conference committee chairman for it federal employee people repayment subgroup; FECA Law Advocacy Group (FLAG) Brad has authored case law summaries provided on the Workers Injury Law Group annual conference in San Diego, California and authored diverse articles that have been posted in newsletters and on the websites of various unions concerning the rights of injured people.
