Harry Case Stansbury served as Deputy Commissioner of Securities for the State of Louisiana from 1975 to 2004. Mr. Stansbury is presently a member of the Federal Regulation of Securities Committee of the American Bar Association, previously serving on that Committee s Derivative Instruments Subcommittee, and has served as Chair of the Corporations Committee of the New Orleans Bar Association. While a member of the North American Securities Administrators Association, Mr. Stansbury changed into a member of the ABA-ALI Federal Securities Code Liaison Committee, and served as Vice-Chair of the Uniform Securities Act Committee and Vice-Chair of the Secondary Market Transactions Committee. While a member of the Midwest Securities Administrators Association, he changed into a member of that Association s ABA-ALI Federal Securities Code Liaison Committee.
