Harry Case Stansbury served as Deputy Commissioner of Securities for the State of Louisiana from 1975 to 2004. At that time, Mr. Stansbury was one of the most experienced securities regulators inside the United States. Mr. Stansbury is presently a member of the Federal Regulation of Securities Committee of the American Bar Association, previously serving on that Committee s Derivative Instruments Subcommittee, and has served as Chair of the Corporations Committee of the New Orleans Bar Association. While a member of the North American Securities Administrators Association, Mr. Stansbury changed into a member of the ABA-ALI Federal Securities Code Liaison Committee, and served as Vice-Chair of the Uniform Securities Act Committee and Vice-Chair of the Secondary Market Transactions Committee. While a member of the Midwest Securities Administrators Association, he changed into a member of that Association s ABA-ALI Federal Securities Code Liaison Committee.
