Greg is a 2003 graduate of the Texas Tech University School of Law. His law office, Tombs Maxwell LLP, focuses on unique-desires planning, government benefit planning, and tax planning for settling plaintiffs. Greg is also a Certified Financial Planner, and co-based Amicus Settlement Planners, LLC, a plaintiff-loyal dependent agreement making plans company, in 2004. He is a modern-day board member and past president of the Society of Settlement Planners, a country wide organization advocating for plaintiff’s rights within the agreement planning method. Greg is a member of the Utah Association for Justice, the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association, the Financial Planning Association, and the American Bar Association.
