Trial Lawyer for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) • Responsible for helping the assignment of the EEOC to Stop and Remedy Unlawful Employment Discrimination. The EEOC is accountable for implementing federal laws that make it unlawful to discriminate towards a job applicant or an employee due to the man or woman s race, shade, faith, sex (including pregnancy), national foundation, age (forty or older), incapacity or genetic information. It is also unlawful to retaliate/ discriminate towards a person due to the fact the man or woman complained about discrimination, filed a price of discrimination, or participated in an employment discrimination research or lawsuit. • Prepares and litigates employment discrimination instances below all of the federal statues enforced by the EEOC inclusive of: Reviewing fee documents and recommending the initiation of litigation; Filing petitions for compliance with administrative subpoenas; Seeking temporary injunctive alleviation; Filing motions to acquire compliance with court docket orders, decrees, and pre-suit agreement agreements; prosecuting cases to make sure consistency with EEOC litigation rules and judicial precedents; Conducting discovery for litigation in federal court; Preparing and offering motions, responses and oral arguments to the courts; Preparing pretrial and post-trial briefs and materials; Conducting all sides of trials in federal courts; and - imparting formal and informal prison recommendation and memoranda to organization personnel. • Licensed to practice regulation in all Missouri nation and federal courts, Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, Supreme Court of the USA, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, Veterans Affairs Accredited Lawyer, and U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. › ›
