Grady Martin has spent his complete profession assisting injured employees and their families. He enjoys fighting the Department of Labor & Industries and self-insured employers to attain whatever clinical and monetary benefits his customers are entitled to beneath Washington regulation. Before going to law faculty, Grady served as Assistant Director of Forensics (speech and debate) at Western Washington University. He attended the University of Washington School of Law and became a member of the Moot Court Honor Board. Grady is a member in excellent standing with the Washington State Bar Association. He is a proud member of the American Association for Justice, the Washington State Association for Justice (previously the Washington State Trial Lawyers’ Association), and the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group. Grady is a beyond chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Washington State Association for Justice. Grady lives in Seattle along with his spouse and two daughters.
