I graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1978 and had been a member of the District of Columbia Bar because 1979 and of the Florida Bar considering 1984. I am a sole practitioner and deal with all circle of relatives and marital matters, along with divorce, change of divorce decrees, child custody, paternity, relative adoptions, and appeals related to family regulation topics. As a former Navy Judge Advocate General, I am very experienced in military divorces and gained a case of first impact before the Florida Supreme Court in regard to army retirement blessings.
