Mr. Pammer acquired his Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. While at Touro Law, he served because the President of the Student Bar Association, Vice-President of the Suffolk County Bar Association Student Committee, changed into a member of the Mock Trial crew, and posted a month-to-month column within the Suffolk Lawyer. Additionally, Mr. Pammer drafted the regulations for the Office of Court Administration’s Poor Persons Application on the subject of seasoned bono uncontested divorce. Mr. Pammer earned his undergraduate diploma, a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Purdue University Global, wherein he was President of the Chapter of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
