As a criminal protection attorney I practice in the course of Florida in both State and Federal Courts (Northern District).
I constitute individuals in all forms of Federal and State criminal protection cases, with emphasis on critical and complicated criminal defense litigation.
I graduated from the University of Florida (Bachelor of Science, 1990, Liberal Arts and Sciences, Psychology) and the University of Florida College of Law (Juris Doctor, 1997). I additionally engaged in graduate research and studies in Social Psychology at each the University of Illinois and the University of Florida.
I am a former Associate Professor and Coach for the University of Florida Levin College of Law Trial Team. I am a former President of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers for the Eighth Judicial Circuit bankruptcy. I am an energetic member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National Lawyers Guild, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the American Bar Association, the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association, the American Civil Liberties Union, the Florida Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association Criminal Law Section, and the James C. Adkins Jr. American Inn of Court.
