Gary Borger is a 1976 graduate of the Temple University School of Law (now the James Beasley School of Law at Temple University). After regulation college he clerked for the Hon. Paul A. Lowengrub, J.S.C. (now deceased) in what then became the Matrimonial Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Camden County.
For the beyond forty one years Mr. Borger has engaged within the non-public exercise of regulation in Cherry Hill, New Jersey (presently as a shareholder with BorgerMatez, P.A.) as a divorce attorney, concentrating in negotiation, mediation, and litigation of divorce, custody and parenting time, infant relocation, alimony, child support, domestic violence, division of marital belongings and debt, and all other elements of the felony problems associated with separation and divorce, such as drafting and negotiation of cohabitation, premarital and marital and property settlement agreements.
Mr. Borger is a member of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association, the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association (for which he served as a member of the Executive Committee); the own family regulation committees of the Burlington, Camden and Gloucester County Bar Associations; South Jersey Collaborative Divorce Professionals; the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals; and the New Jersey Association for Justice in which he is a member of the Matrimonial Committee. Mr. Borger has additionally lectured to attorneys for the American Bar Association Family Law Section, the NJ Institute for Continuing Legal Education, and for the Camden and Burlington County Bar Associations for continuing prison education seminars and for 15 years turned into a guest own family law lecturer at Temple Law School.
