Farbod Farnia leads the Appellate Litigation Section at McCathern. Mr. Farnia represents parties in civil appeals and original court cases in a wide array of cases from a couple of exercise areas. He has effectively prosecuted and defended appeals in instances consisting of constitutional law, labor & employment disputes, non-subscriber negligence moves, and complex industrial litigation. Mr. Farnia has been named a Texas Rising Star via Super Lawyers Magazine in 2014 and 2015. His customers encompass individuals, small organizations, and huge groups, whom he has guided through both the trial and appellate stages of litigation.
