Fallon Carroll Stephenson is a native of Uniontown, Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington & Jefferson College, in which she majored in Political Science and minored in Philosophy. At Washington & Jefferson, Fallon turned into the President of Delta Gamma Fraternity, a member of The Pre-Law Society and Mock Trial Team.
Fallon obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from Duquesne University School of Law. While at Duquesne, Fallon acquired the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Research and Writing. During regulation school, Fallon received treasured experience in complex litigation topics working as a law clerk for Blumling & Gusky, LLP in addition to Friday & Cox LLC.
Fallon is admitted to practice before the country courts in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA). Fallon has volunteered with ACBA’s Lawyers Against Hunger doing food distribution occasions and Rebuilding Pittsburgh Together. She additionally volunteers at Neighborhood Legal Services doing Pro Bono PFA’s (Protection From Abuse Orders).
