Evan Bruno is a Partner at Bruno Law Offices, LLC, a family-owned law office that focuses on defending the ones accused of misdemeanor and criminal crimes in kingdom and federal courts throughout Central Illinois.
Since 2016, Evan has served as the President of the Champaign County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Champaign County Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association, wherein he serves at the Human Rights Section Council and the Bench and Bar Section Council.
Prior to joining his father, Thomas, and brother, Anthony, in personal exercise at Bruno Law Offices, LLC, Evan served as a judicial regulation clerk for Justice Robert J. Steigmann of the Illinois Fourth District Appellate Court.
Evan has taught Negotiations at the University of Illinois College of Law and Criminal Law at the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute on the University of Illinois.
Evan has written severa articles and commentaries at the law, having been published in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, Bench and Bar, and the Public Servant.
Evan graduated from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2012, where he was named First Place Individual Champion of the famend Sherman Minton Oral Advocacy Competition. He later served as Executive Problem Editor of the Moot Court Board.
