ETHAN P. MEANEY has been training within the region of DWI defense due to the fact that 2001. Prior to that he prosecuted loads of DWIs in Hennepin and Goodhue Counties. Meaney has represented lots of DWI instances and his recent victories inside the Minnesota Court of Appeals cases State of Minnesota v. Paul Scott Demars and Tracey Ernest Wiberg v. Commissioner of Public Safety are just examples of his dedication to excellent DWI illustration.
Meaney graduated magna cum laude from Northern State University in 1996 and graduated in 1999 from the University of South Dakota School of Law in the pinnacle quarter of his class. Immediately out of regulation school Meaney was a judicial clerk for the Honorable Richard C. Perkins, Minnesota First Judicial District Court Judge. He then joined the organization of Hoff, Barry & Kuderer in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, in which he turned into the sole criminal prosecutor. From his time prosecuting, Meaney has developed a completely unique knowledge of DWI regulation from a prosecutor s point of view and has applied that during efficaciously representing his DWI customers. In 2001 he joined the criminal defense organization of Gerald Miller & Associates, in which he defended hundreds of DWI clients during Minnesota. During this time he has tried endless license revocation (Implied Consent), DWI automobile forfeiture, criminal DWI, and appellate DWI cases.
Meaney loves training in the region of criminal DWI protection as it gives him the possibility to assist customers in an area of law that has emerge as too harsh on Minnesota drivers, specially with regard to loss of license privileges, loss of car and mandatory jail time. His purpose is to make sure drivers have a voice towards an more and more unsympathetic criminal justice system.
