Erin focuses her practice on banking, finance and industrial litigation. She has 9 years of experience representing creditors and financial establishments together with national monetary establishments and network banks. She is skilled in all regions of actual property litigation with a focal point on residential and industrial loan lending litigation and counseling lenders in the exceptional secured lending practices and collection techniques. Erin also represents banks and people in commercial litigation regarding breaches of settlement and fiduciary duties, fraud, statutory violations, patron claims and corporate and partnership disputes, priority disputes, title claims and equitable subrogation. Additionally, she represents courtroom appointed receivers in loan foreclosures. Erin has tried more than one cases to jury verdict.
Erin received her Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School. While in law faculty she interned with The Chicago Bar Association and clerked for a small popular exercise firm, concentrating in business litigation. Prior to joining The Collins Law Office, she labored for a boutique real estate litigation corporation in Chicago, Illinois concentrating in creditor’s rights litigation.
Prior to law school, Erin acquired her Bachelor of Arts from The University of Michigan with a main in History and a minor in Italian language.
