Eric earned his bachelor’s degree in organizational conversation and commercial enterprise from Brigham Young University – Idaho and his Juris Doctor from the UNLV Boyd School of Law. While in law college, Eric prominent himself with the aid of serving as an editor on the law magazine and through making the Dean’s Honor List. Eric served the Las Vegas network as a certified county mediator and by means of volunteering at the Clark County Legal Aid Center. He additionally served as Vice President of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. After school, Eric started working towards in Las Vegas earlier than becoming a member of Fisher & Hunter in St. George. He now practices in family law, industrial litigation, company formation; agreement litigation, collections , civil litigation, real estate regulation, production law, mechanic’s liens, banking, arbitrations, and mediations. Eric is a member of the State Bars of Utah and Nevada and is certified to practice inside the United States District Court for the Districts of Utah and Nevada. He enjoys spending time with his spouse and little boys, actively serving the community and his church, jogging, playing sports, the outside, and tour.
