Raised in Rowley, Massachusetts, Eric completed his undergraduate work on the University of Massachusetts - Dartmouth, and earned his JD magna cum laude from New England Law wherein he obtained honors including the Sandra Day O Connor award and the Scribe s Award.
Eric based Pacy Law after three years at a big, extra-Boston area conveyancing firm. He is an affiliate member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the North Shore Association of Realtors. He focuses his exercise on illustration of buyers, dealers, traders, and creditors in real property transactions, including purchases, refinances, and sales.
