I actually have practiced law on the grounds that 1983 inside the regions of Consumer Rights, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and Social Security Disability. I have been appointed as Lawyer and Guardian Ad Litem via Judges in over 2000 foreclosure instances in each county within the state of Florida considering that 1995.
I even have filed over 4,500 bankruptcies for business and individuals considering the fact that 1988 and represented over 4000 claimants earlier than the Social Security Administration.
I take part in the Mortgage Modification Mediation program within the Middle District of Florida Bankruptcy Court.
