For greater than twenty five years I actually have represented traders and purchasers in class-motion litigation, focusing primarily on federal civil appeals. I even have briefed and argued appeals earlier than all but two of the thirteen federal circuits, and turned into intimately worried in briefing the merits in three instances before the United States Supreme Court. My pro bono paintings has protected writing and filing amicus curiae briefs on behalf of non secular groups and faith leaders opposing discrimination and supporting non secular liberty and identical rights for all.
