Emily is the founding accomplice of MagnusonRapp Law, a family regulation workplace in Geneva, Illinois. Emily practices in Kane, DuPage and Kendall counties and additionally practices on the appellate courtroom stage.
In 2016, she become decided on as an “Emerging Lawyer” through Leading Lawyers, a software that recognizes lawyers identified by their peers to be a few of the pinnacle attorneys who are age forty or younger. In 2019, she became selected as a “Rising Star” by means of Super Lawyers.
Emily is a member of the Family Law Committee and the Women & the Law committee for the Illinois State Bar Association and is the Vice President for the Kane County Bar Association. She has supplied at Illinois State Bar Association, DuPage County Bar Association and Kane County Bar Association seminars talking on subjects regarding own family law. In addition to her talking engagements, Emily has authored prison articles along with a chapter at the Parentage Act for Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
