Sioux Falls legal professional Elizabeth Hertz joined Davenport, Evans, Hurwitz & Smith, LLP in the litigation segment in 2010, and have become a companion in 2016. She received her B.A. from Macalester College in 2004 where she studied classical records and biology. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School and clerked for the Honorable James B. Loken of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
