As an performed Philadelphia immigration legal professional and an immigrant who has private experience with the U.S. Immigration Service, Elizabeth has worked significantly with companies and people on immigration problems in all settings. Before setting up her contemporary practice as an immigration legal professional in Philadelphia, she become a Labor & Employment Litigator and attorney at the principle workplace of the regulation office of Drinker Biddle & Reath, LLP. While there, Elizabeth evolved the company’s enterprise and employment immigration practice, advising corporate clients on modern legal troubles in enterprise immigration and the practical application of the law in diverse employment situations. In addition to working extensively on enterprise- and circle of relatives-based immigration problems, Elizabeth represents clients in immigration court in removal complaints and in attraction topics such as federal appeals.
She has written for instructional regulation journals and is also a frequent speaker at conferences on immigration regulation. Elizabeth turned into a member of the Executive Committee of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association (AILA). She also volunteers regularly on the Pennsylvania Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians, counseling indigents in immigration and associated employment issues. Elizabeth graduated from Wellesley College summa cum laude and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and is conversant inside the Malay and Indonesian languages.
