Elissa Krell graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2000 where she become a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. She is admitted to exercise in New York State as well as the U.S. District Court, for each the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Her exercise specializes in the illustration of federal and public quarter employees in all regions of employment discrimination which include sexual harassment, retaliation, antagonistic paintings environment, race, sex, age, and incapacity.
Prior to working with The Bell Law Group, Ms. Krell labored as a Staff Lawyer within the General Litigation Division of the New York City Housing Authority where she represented the Authority in court cases held before numerous City, State, and Federal businesses, in addition to State and Federal courts, concerning complaints of discrimination filed via employees. She additionally represented the Authority in civil rights litigation and different constitutional regulation topics. Prior to her graduation from regulation school, Ms. Krell served as a Judicial Intern for the Former Honorable Felix Orraca of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
