Elinor Leary is the team chief of the Leary Trial Team which handles complicated cases that involve existence-changing accidents or dying. The Leary Trial Team has knowledge with instances that involve creation and worksite accidents, faulty merchandise, risky assets situations, negligent protection, vehicle and truck collisions, and incidents that involve pedestrians and bicyclists. Ms. Leary has tried cases to verdict in addition to reached massive settlements in severa other cases, such as instances listed in The Recorder’s “Top Settlements” courses.
Ms. Leary become a public defender in Alameda County and has been a clinical professor at the University of San Francisco School of Law, wherein she taught advanced law college students case research, courtroom advocacy, jury selection, and trial abilties.
Ms. Leary is rated AV-Preeminent for Ethical Standards & Ability via Martindale-Hubbell.
