Lawyer Elena Tsizer graduated from New England School of Law cum laude, in the top 15% of her class and, then, earned her Master of Laws degree in Taxation with concentration in Estate Planning from Boston University. After commencement from regulation faculty, she had the honour of serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court in Suffolk, Middlesex, Bristol and Worcester Counties, where she carried out research on complex prison issues, wrote felony memoranda, drafted decisions, findings of truth, and conclusions of law at the same time as operating underneath close supervision of the Justices. Currently, she is frequently serving as a pro bono lawyer for the customers of the MetroWest Legal Services, Volunteer Lawyers Project and Women s Bar Foundation.
