Shortly thereafter, his father offered a small farm in Oxford, Georgia where Dwayne spent the relaxation of his childhood. It become on this small farm wherein he discovered the values of difficult work and the blessings of doing things right the primary time. He attended Newton County High School, and later graduated from The State University of West Georgia. In 2002, Dwayne fulfilled a dream of becoming of legal professional when he graduated from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law with a Jurist Doctor in Law.
