Dustin spent the primary five years of his regulation career working for the Department of Human Services Child Support Division. While running for the Department of Human Services, Dustin became responsible for reviewing thousands of instances while making severa court docket appearances. Afterwards he labored for 2 years as a Family Law legal professional on the Law Office at Indian Hills before establishing his own company, Gower Law Offices, in 2013.

Dustin is also a full-time father to his son, alongside with his full-time regulation profession.
