Donna J. Jackson is a nationally diagnosed lawyer, authority, speaker and educator in estate making plans. Ms. Jackson is a CPA and holds a Master Degree (LL.M.) in Elder Law. Ms. Jackson has over 25 years of criminal enjoy; she limits her exercise to estate planning with an emphasis on Medicaid, VA Benefits and unique wishes planning, inclusive of trusts, unique wishes trusts, wills, long lasting energy of legal professionals and residing wills. She presently serves at the Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Section Committee for the Oklahoma Bar Association. She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, American Bar Association, National Academy of Elder Law Lawyers, Oklahoma State Society of CPAs, Wealth Counsel, Elder Counsel, and Academy of Special Needs Planners.
Ms. Jackson has been a keynote speaker for the Oklahoma Bar Association, Strafford, and National Business Institute (NBI). Donna J. Jackson has additionally presented hundreds of seminars on property, tax and associated subjects to the overall public, to diverse principal agencies and their employees, which include Oklahoma State University, and to CPAs, economic planners and lawyers.
She was venerated as one of the 2011-2013 Five Star Wealth Managers in Estate Planning.
Ms. Jackson has also taught as an adjunct professor at Oklahoma City University College of Law. Ms. Jackson obtained the Earl Sneed Award from the Oklahoma Bar Association in 2013 for her persevering with contributions to felony schooling in Oklahoma.
