Donn K. Harms is a Registered Patent Lawyer also managing business and corporate regulation matters on the grounds that 1988, with heavy emphasis on logos, copyrights, patents, and licensing topics.
Mr. Harms has served as a Professor of Patent Law and Trademark Law on the University of California at San Diego, and has workplaces in Bend, Oregon, and in Del Mar, California.
Prior to practicing regulation, Mr. Harms owned and operated a small business with 50 personnel for over 15 years. From simply starting and strolling a small business, he has a tremendous amount of realistic experience in small commercial enterprise operation.
Mr. Harms obtained his undergraduate degree from Western State University and Juris Doctor diploma from Thomas Jefferson University and School of Law. He has a widespread engineering degree with an emphasis on mechanical and software program engineering. He is admitted to the California State Bar, the USA Patent Bar, the United States Supreme Court and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
